The Bike Park is a small trail centre just outside Alyth, East Perthshire, Scotland. It was built in the summer of 2014 by Cycletherapy. Funds were raised by volunteers through events, raffles and races as well as the added help of various grants. There is an annual event at the Bike Park called “Making Tracks” – more info on the event page – this is to help raise money for the insurance and maintenance each year. The track is open to ride all year round and rides well in all conditions.
Alyth Bike Park was created by a sub-committee of AHUG (Alyth Hill Users Group) consisting purely of local volunteers. It took over 3 years of planning and hard work before the tracks started being built. These volunteers continue to help with the constant upkeep of the bike park requires. If you would be interesting in becoming a volunteer and being part of the committee then give us a shout – Contact Us .
